The Park Progress Update
The park is rounding into shape as a small army has descended on site. The plaza is snapping into focus this week as crews begin laying all 150,000 pavers—a huge milestone for the project. This space has been a significant priority for us from day one, and it’s coming to life as the true heart of the park—a gathering place for riders, families, and the entire region. The Trails
Our slope-style zone is taking shape with some of the biggest features we’ve ever built in OZ. The scale and progression of these ramps are next level. The team at Gravity Logic continues to raise the bar each week with new ideas, fresh designs, and creative features that are going to make this zone a must-ride—and a must-watch.
The Lift & Safety
Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard on safety and preparedness. Our team recently completed emergency evacuation training and hosted two joint training sessions with FAST MTB Patrol and the Bella Vista Fire Department. When the park opens, a dedicated patrol team will be on-site every day to help keep riders safe and ready to roll.

CAMP FIRE RANCH
Planning an OZ Trails trip or eyeing your first OZ Trails Bike Park weekend? Campfire Ranch Little Sugar is a trailside lodge in Bella Vista built specifically for bike trips: seven private ensuite rooms, the Dad Garage with 15+ racks, tuning tools, and a proper bike wash setup, plus a sauna and cold plunge so you feel ready for day two. Come solo, bring the family, or roll in with a crew. Just a heads up, with only 7 rooms, peak weekends and full-lodge buyout dates are already going fast.
TRAIL ART
If you’ve ever ridden down Peach Orchard Road in Bentonville, chances are you’ve seen the classic red barn and windmill on the big corner across from the Over the Hill trail. This AERMOTOR windmill is over 100 years old and was restored in 2022. The windmill may seem like a relic of the past now but for many years it was a symbol of the future as it allowed pioneers to push westward and use the power of the wind to pump water, mill grain, and generate electricity.
